Rachel Bell senior photos in November

A cool day in November, Rachel Bell and I headed out to photograph at the Kaufman Gardens.  We spent a little time inside in gardens but, since most of the plants were hibernating. We went to the park outside and photographed near the trees.  After the session was finished at the park we went to Southwest Blvd and found some train tracks to shoot at.  I believe we ended up right where we wanted.  Enjoy!

Madison's Senior Photos

A wonderful fall day at Shawnee Mission Lake led to one of my best senior photo sessions ever with Madison.  She is graduating from Tonganoxie High School in the Spring of 14'.  She was great and fun to work with and I wish her the best in college and the rest of her life.  Enjoy.

It was a warm Sunday afternoon on Sept. 8th.  A wedding took place between Lacey Ellington and Nick Tallmon at a gazebo located outside of UMKC's campus.  The temperature reach 104 degrees the hottest day for Kansas City this year.  After the ceremony the bridal party and I photographed in the garden of the gazebo keeping in the shade to stay as cool as we could.  We then returned to Dan Meiner's Studio for a wonderful reception filled with delicious foods and magnificent flowers that adorned the table tops.  The reception opened with the newly married couple's first dance and continued with cake cutting and toasts.  After which was followed by aerialist performances by the bride's friends (Lacey is also an aerialist).  The night rapped up with dancing and good times.  Enjoy!
